  • What is your return policy?

    We do our best to make sure that all goods arrive with you as ordered and in perfect condition, but on occasion goods can be damaged whilst in transit.

    We provide a full refund if the excavators are faulty or misdescribed. As per the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we offer a 14 days return policy as long as the excavators are unused and without any damage.

  • Why are your prices cheaper than other retailers?

    We have partenered with Asian companies to bring the costs of our excavators down. We have reduced the manufacturing and assembly costs significantly down and hence, we are able to provide very competitive prices for our products.

  • How much is delivery?

    We provide free delivery from our Godstone collection point up to 100 miles. Anything above, we charge a fee of £1.50 per mile up to 300 miles. If your destination is above 300 miles, we add an additional £100.00. Contact us for more information.

  • Do you offer warranty?

    We offer warranty on all mechanical parts as long as they have failed without the customer's fault (i.e. visible damage to the parts, incorrect use of the machinery, etc.). This warranty applies for 1 year from purchase.

  • Can I purchase additional items?

    You can purchase additional items including maintenance kits and auxilary items like buckets, breakers, quick hitch and much more. Please visit our sales page. 

  • Do you offer maintenance or repair?

    Any maintenance or repair is on the customer's obligation. However, we do have a dedicated team that can help any issue you may face. Contact us for more.

  • How do you guarantee high quality?

    We continously cooperate with our R&D team  to ensure the latest quality implementations, we work with ISO9001 standards and we provide 3rd party inspection with certificates. Let quality in our hands!
